In 1967 the study for Hotel Management was still a major part of the program. At the very last minute, just before that years exams (to the distress of all students), the Dutch Government decided Hotel accreditation was no longer necessary to run a Dutch Hotel. In addition, the Government refused to provide students a simple notation on their diplomas that they had fully completed the entire course.
